Creative Recharge Day Retreat

Join The Climate Circle and Crafted Wellbeing for a deeply nourishing Day Retreat designed for women driving change in climate action. Step away from the constant demands and distractions of daily life, reconnect with the deeper reasons you chose this path, and return to your work with fresh energy, clarity, and inspiration.

Through guided creative practices, nature-based mindfulness, and connection with a supportive community, you'll:

Agenda

  • 10:00 AM – Nourishing breakfast, introductions & grounding mindfulness

  • 10:45 AM – Gratitude & Resilience watercolour session

  • 1:00 PM – Lunch + guided awe walk in nearby park

  • 2:00 PM – Vision board collage workshop

  • 3:30 PM – Reflections & closing ritual

No art experience needed—just bring your authentic self. You'll be gently guided every step of the way as you tap into your creativity, reflect deeply, and find strength in community.

Cost: £105, including a healthy breakfast, lunch, hot drinks, and all art materials. Use code ‘Creative’ for a 10% early bird discount if you book before 15th April.

Meet your facilitators:

Adele Craft is a Colorado-based psychology professor and is the founder of Crafted Wellbeing, offering facilitated wellbeing workshops utilising creativity and the benefits of being in nature, to aid in co-creating a kinder, more just, and resilient world. Adele has a passion for the outdoors, environmental sustainability, and mental wellbeing. She brings together these passions to offer you moments of calm and restoration in your week, so you can show up as your best self and tackle the big issues our world is facing. She holds a master’s in positive psychology and coaching psychology, and uses this to bring science-backed tools into her work. 

Yujia Du is the founder of The Climate Circle, a community forging meaningful connections among women in climate change. She is also a career and leadership coach for changemakers in the climate sector. With over a decade of experience working across energy transition, and 5 years of experience volunteering at a mental health charity, Yujia is passionate about supporting people working at the forefront of climate action to thrive through community, creativity and leadership development.
